Take off the Knob

Finally a smile and laugh for the camera.
Gotta Love Him.
(When I see this face I can't help but think: What is he going to do NEXT? Mischief is just a BREWING I know it.)

So the other day he poured salt down the burner.
Today he got into the top cupboard.
AND.
Turned. On. The. Oven.
After taking the picture and while I was cam cording his answer to, "What do you think you are doing Marek?" I grabbed him and bent over to set him down when I felt HEAT on my face. The oven was ON and VERY HOT (my oven gets hot FAST). Good thing this kid didn't try climbing back down or else he would have FRIED his whole body! And good thing he didn't turn on the STOVE cuz he would have FRIED his feet, hands and bum!
Needless to say, the knobs are now removed so he can't turn the dials anymore. Looks like my solution to everything is TAKE OFF THE KNOB.

Oh man Sara. Marek is too clever for his own good. Not wise enough yet to know harm and doesn't worry about anything. (worry is for adults). I love you soooo much!

Holy smokes I can't even beleive that little kid is absolutely genious, and crazy. I hope that he doesn't stinkin' hurt himself!
What can I say though...he takes after his old man, a rock climber! I think that if you can keep that boy from hurting himself it'll be a dog-gone miracle. I'm praying for you babe, if anyone can handle our wild boys its you! You're the best mommy any kid could ever wish for! LOVE YOU BABE!

Miranda Folou just introduced me to Love and Logic Parenting for six and under. Order the book now! LoL. I know little boys are mischievous, but he could get hurt if he doesn't learn to listen to his mama! It's really easy and fun parenting, and after just a day of doing it, Milo is behaving so much better!

Dear Sara,

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!! You are the greatest mommy in the whole wide world. I love you with all my heart babe. You are so wonderful to me in every little way. Thank you for your love and devotion to me and the boys. We know that we are lucky to have you in our lives. Thanks for all that you do Sara. Please remember that I have you in my thoughts nearly constantly. I plan on talking to you later and doing something special for you on mother’s day. But first and foremost I wanted you to know that I love you, miss you, and want to always have you in my life. Thank you babe for everything!

Love you forever,
