We are at our new house! We love it. We have already painted the kitchen and living room and decorated the guest bathroom. Not to mention all the cleaning we did! Chaz just left for Ranger school and so I will either see him in 2-3 months or Monday, depending on if he makes the walk on or not (can I say I hope he doesn't? No. I'm kidding...). Our household goods are going to be here tomorrow morning. Yay!
Our trip here was a nightmare, but what can you do. My chevy's timing belt broke on the road and we had to get a tow. Then we find out it messed up the engine so we had to replace a bunch of stuff. 3,000 dollars later.... you get the point. We had to leave the chevy there because it wouldn't be done until TODAY (3 days later). Chaz's uncle and cousin decided to come up and visit us from Texas on the way to the Provo MTC so they are going to pick up the aveo on their way. It is very out of the way but they said they wanted to do it. Words can't describe what a blessing this is to us, and especially me. I don't know what I would have done. We are indebted to them for life! Thank you!
So, once I get the house fixed up I will be taking pictures and posting them! I am really excited to decorate and get things in order. This house is going to be very unique because of the painting choice. Our living room is a sage green and the doors and bay window are painted yellow. The cubboards in the house are old, so when we were painting I was stressing that we just turned our house into a 1970's house (the cabinets topped off the look). I'm not worried about it anymore though because once I get the accent color of RED from our furniture and hangings it will look wonderful.
And that is the update so far. Thanks so much for everyone that helped us with the move... feeding us, sheltering us, chauffering us, etc. You all are the best. We love you!

I am glad you guys made it there safely. I can't believe you are already gone. Can't wait to see your pics! Miss you!
What a busy week you've had!!!!
I hope things settle down soon though, 'cause I cannot wait for you to post some pictures!!!
I'm sorry about all the stress from moving. Trust me, I know it's not easy moving with a baby or two. And it must be hard with Chaz at ranger school, but you sound like you are doing well! What a good Army wife! It's amazing how every place you move, you can turn almost any place into "your" home, especially once your stuff gets there! Good luck with everything!
