Marek's biggest birthday surprise was the quick arrival of his Aunt Jaydenn and Grandma and Grandpa Kunzler! Two days before his birthday he was talking to them on skype when Grandpa just said, "Alright! Well, I think you better not celebrate alone! Let's hop in the car and come see you for your birthday!"
And so they did! They packed up and 30 minutes later were on the long 24 hour journey to our house!!

They loved reading together!
Jaydenn still had to do her schoolwork online so Marek helped out.
Grandpa helped me decorate the house PIRATE. Marek's favorite. Oh, and that is AMMO on the chair, not Marek. Fooled me too.
Daddy is the best daddy in the world and built Marek a REAL pirate ship out of cardboard boxes!! It even had a pirate flag and sail! Marek saw it and yelled, "I'm going to sail the 7 seas!!!!"

What's a pirate boat and birthday party without a treasure hunt though? First we gotta read the map and find where the treasure is! ARGGGGG!!!!
