I want to be like you, Daddy!

Marek spotted some ACUs in the boy section at the PX and said, "I go to work with daddy! Just like daddy!"

They had his size. I bought them.

We surprised daddy in Mareks new outfit.

Marek was sooo overly excited to show daddy that he is Just Like Him!!


I may have gotten a little emotional seeing him so happy and proud to look just like him. He really just adores his dad.


On Chaz's lunch break he came to the library with us and read Marek a bunch of books. Marek was in heaven.

But time ran out and Chaz had to leave. Chaz said, "I gotta go to work now buddy." You could hear the sheer disappointment and confusion in his voice,"but daddy! I go to work too!!!"

I agree! He has the outfit! Put the kid to work! ;) needless to say, Marek is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his daddy tonight (and every night!) so they can start playing again.

Chaz is the best father a boy could have. Our 3 boys are certainly lucky they have Chaz for a dad. I don't think Chaz will ever age. He will always be that energetic, playful, fun loving man he has always been. And I couldn't be more proud.
