Stepping In

Right after I dropped Chaz off for his deployment, the boys and I came home. I started blogging all our pictures and this is what was happening behind me...


Marek, who never before really cared so much to give Ammon attention, climbed the couch to see and take care of his brother. This was one of the first times he has climbed the couch, and he was having difficulty getting up. But he was persistent to get to his brother, so after much work he got up. I was nervous as to what he was going to do, so I watched closely, but Marek just signed and said "Baaaaby" and held his hand in his.

So, right when his Daddy left, Marek did his part and stepped in right away to ensure proper care of his little brother. My little man is going to be a great little daddy to Ammon and a great big help to me, I can see it already! Thank you, Marek! I am so glad I can count on you!!

Best Friends Reunited!

Pierce and Marek reunited! Remember Pierce from his birth? Marek and Pierce were born 5 days apart and they share many experiences and memories together.... not to mention pictures! My good friend, Jennie, flew out from Utah to come visit me for 2 weeks! We have been having a blast. I am so glad she came. She has been so helpful. She changes poopy diapers, watches the kids while I snooze a little, does the dishes, cooks... this lady is a Saint!!
