Precious moments

Our little family has been so happy this past week just enjoying each others company and finally setting up Christmas in our home. Marek loves having his daddy back and gets a little jealous with the attention he gives me. If Chaz is cuddling with me Marek will run over and try to get in between us and 'steal me back.' It is a sight to see. One of the cutest things that has happened this week Chaz was able to capture on camera. Here it is:


Marek got up on the couch, pulled my shirt up and laid his head on my stomach. You can see his little hand gripping my stomach... this moment was too cute for words. I didn't know if he really knew anything that was going on with Ammon, and I still don't really know if he knows... he is only 15 months! This is the only sign he has given that he knows Ammon is in my tummy... and this might be the only time he shows it. Maybe the veil was just really thin for that split second. It melted my heart!

Marek is the best thing in the world. I can't even imagine having another baby/boy. My joy is going to overflow! (as I am sure my insanity will too)

I thought Marek would destroy everything while we put up the Christmas tree, but he actually was REALLY helpful! He grabbed all the branches from the box and handed them to daddy. Chaz was so surprised and happy to finally have a great helper!

He loves the Christmas tree. He also really loved the movie "A White Christmas" that we watch, traditionally, ever time we set up the tree.

The finished product. We love Christmas!!!! Sipping hot chocolate and cuddling while watching the lights is just so much fun. I wish this week and next week would never end. I'm not ready for reality.
