We decided to spend Marek's first birthday as a family instead of throwing him a 1st bday party, mostly because we hadn't been together in a long time since Marek and I were in Utah! We had a blast! Here is what we did for his Bday!
1. Slept in till NOON. AWESOME. (First time Chaz has ever slept in with me past 630 cuz he hurt his knee and can't work out! I took way advantage of it! wahooooo!!! i mean... sad...)
2. We went Swimming!!! Marek's cheeks are rosey in the pic, not sun burned. I swear I am a good mom and put sunscreen on baby and daddy.
3. Dressed Marek in his new outfit from Great Grandma and Grandpa Gerholdt! Thanks so much- he looks like a STUD!
4. Went out to eat at Santa Fe! Yummy Steak! And Marek got a free icecream and brownie, of course! He loved looking at that gigantic fan on the ceiling. That is what he did most of the time we were there, lol.
5. Went to the park and played on the toys and swings!
6. Played with the walker at home.
7. Went to BED!!!!

Hey! Way to invite us to Marek's bday. Major offended. jk. You could have atleast shared some cake, but I guess there wasn't any left. Those pics and videos are great. Classic Marek eating everything that's not pinned down. Congrats on your little boy too.
