GUESS WHAT!?!?!

YESSSSS!!! WE ARE GETTING OUR DREAM PUPPY!!!! I found our puppy just a few hours north of us!!! He is 2 weeks old so we can't get him until he is 6 weeks. June 13th and counting! He is ADORABLE. He is lighter then what we originally were thinking, but we have fallen in love with him (through pictures...we haven't see him in person...kinda hard to do that). His face is exactly how I wanted it. Those 3 circles...oh, to die for. He has blue eyes right now, but that can change...hopefully it won't though!!! We totally pray his blue eyes stay. He is just so handsome... I'll show you....

We just love siberian huskies! They actually are very low maintenance. They don't eat as much as regular big dogs, they are very clean and odor free so you only should bathe them 2 times a year and they don't shed hardly at all until their 2 shedding times a year...which is really bad! lol They are super kid friendly and have high energy. Chaz will loves this because he wants a running partner and a sled dog is just his perfect companion who will be able to keep up with him! Really, this husky is exactly what we want and need!
The timing is perfect for me right now to have this little puppy. I have too much time on my hands so training will be welcoming to me. If I wait any longer to get one I will most likely have a newborn to worry about so I wouldn't be able to train...and any longer than that I will have a million kids to worry about so a puppy would be insane. We also don't have a fence right now, so having a puppy now is good because they are inside until they get older. When he gets older we will be moved by then and will have a fence! I know you all might think that I am crazy to get a puppy because I have an 8 month old but if you know Marek and how calm and easy he is... and how much he sleeps... then you would understand. I am lucky I know... and I can't wait to have another baby asap! But that will at least take 10 more months!
Yes, right now is the perfect time for our family and we are THRILLED!!!!
Tell me which name you like most: Wolf, Warrior, Achilles, Patton, Out Law, Raider and Ryder. Let the count down begin!

I think you should wait until you get him home and see what his personality is like before you name him :) He's adorable. Congrats!

HA HA HA, you think 10 months is all you need to train a puppy?? Good luck with that, Kira didn't get out of her "puppy" stage until she was 3.

At any rate, it is beautiful, where are you getting him? Are there still some available? How much? I have a neighbor interested too.

Ooooo...I love the name Wolf! That would be hilarious...cause you'd have a hard time convincing my kids that he isn't a wolf! But I like Achilles too. Or you could consider the name Dog. My Dad use to always tease us that if he had a dog he would name the dog Dog.

Very cute! Whatever you decide to name him... try and make it 2 syllables, it make training easier and he will be able to recognize his name!
so ready for baby #2 already huh? luckily Marek is such an eash going baby or you might be thinking twice ha ha!
We want to have ours close in age too.... but we aren't thinking about it yet (Avery's only 4 months)

I love the name Wolf for a dog. I've always thought a BIG name for a little dog would be so funny! I know Chaz would never want a wimpy name so I agree with Katie. Choose the name when you meet the dog.

I love you! Aunt Phyllis
