because...Bob Came!

Yay! Bob and Kylee decided yesterday that they really wanted to see each other. So, Bob drove from Fort Benning and met us in Dothan! I know, cheap on our part, we only drove 30 minutes compared to an hour and a half (HMMM, some tornado alarm is going off right now...duck and cover? Panic? NAH. Write the blog!). We met at Longhorn Steakhouse because Chaz and I had a $10 off coupon that expired that day. BONUS. Bob got pomegrante lemonade with free refills. BONUS. Then he changed to blackberry lemonade without extra charge. BONUS. After a fabulous dinner we wanted to go to Baskin Robins for icecream. While driving there I saw the Krispy Kreme Hot and Ready light lit up. THAT NEVER HAPPENS! Free DOUGHNUT! BONUS.

The guy actually said "they don't normally give out free doughnuts" but they would to us anyway. Weird, because the lady there said they did. The guy was totally hitting on me ;) JK. After Krispy Kreme's we went to Baskin Robbins where we saw a sign hanging in the window, "$1 icecream scoop on Tuesdays!" BONUS. It was Tuesday. How could life get any better? Huh, Kylee? I know it couldn't have for you...she was so much in lala land that she didnt know what hit her when....

KAAAPOW!!..and then my awful blood curdling scream...and lots of huffing and puffing from everyone. Car Accident! End of the Bonuses. I guess while Kylee was driving she was in the middle of a daydream because she didn't see the car's headlights coming right for us! No, I am kidding. Kylee was driving but it wasn't her fault at all. We got banged into from the back by a guy who wasn't watching where he was going. We were in Daleville getting off 84 where there is a yeild sign. Kylee was slowing down and checking to make sure she could go (like you are supposed to) when the guy just slammed into us. Everyone was alright. The cops took forever to come because they were just at a robbery but they did come, eventually. What an adventure! Now when they fix my damaged car they can also fix the other things that were wrong with it. It was the accidents fault! ;) The pic doesn't do it justice I don't think. The cracks you see are like an inch all the way around and the trunk doesnt shut right. That was the first car accident we've ever been in for all three of us! What a sacred thing to share together.
